1. Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order — but only if:
- The product is unused and unopened
- It’s returned in original packaging
- You have the purchase proof (order number or invoice)
🚫 Opened, used, or damaged items due to misuse are not eligible for return.
2. Exchanges
If your product is:
- Damaged during delivery, or
- You received the wrong item
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We’ll arrange a free replacement or exchange.

- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- For hygiene reasons, creams and skincare can only be returned if unopened
