Refund and Returns Policy

At Nuravé, your satisfaction means everything to us. We put care into every product, and if something doesn’t feel right — we’re here to help.


1. Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order — but only if:

  • The product is unused and unopened
  • It’s returned in original packaging
  • You have the purchase proof (order number or invoice)

🚫 Opened, used, or damaged items due to misuse are not eligible for return.


2. Exchanges

If your product is:

  • Damaged during delivery, or
  • You received the wrong item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We’ll arrange a free replacement or exchange.


3. How to Request a Return or Exchange

Provide:

  • Your order number
  • A short explanation
  • Photos if there’s any damage

We’ll guide you through the next steps.


Note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • For hygiene reasons, creams and skincare can only be returned if unopened
